Main Floor Makeover

Tim and Tarquin's family has outgrown their house. The lack of bedrooms and angled walls on the main floor have them wondering what to do. Designer Hilary and Realtor David want to help the family with their housing problems. Hilary and her team will renovate the major problem areas of the house to make the family love it again. David will search for houses that will convince the family to leave. And after all the work is finished, Tim and Tarquin will have to make a decision about their house. Will they Love It? Or List It?
