Two Units, One Family

Jay and Sherry have an older son they wanted to keep at home, so the basement unit of their house is perfect. Although they're all together, the layout of the house has major issues - the kitchen is tiny and the bedrooms aren't private. The family doesn't know what to do. Designer Hilary and Realtor David are ready to help. Hilary and her team renovate the house to make it function for everyone. David will search for houses that will convince the family to move. In the end, Jay and Sherry will have to choose what's best for their family. Should they love their house again? Or should they list it?
