Room for One More

Ready to expand their family, a couple is fed up with the lack of functionality in their 1,200 square-foot house. While they spend a lot of time at home and love the location, she thinks the house is already too small and would never work if they had another child. He, however, doesn't think they'll ever find a home in the same location with as much charm within their budget. Will David find them a home with the space they need or will Hilary make them fall in love all over again by reinventing many of the home's size-challenged spaces?
