Quaint Coastal Cottage

Four years ago, Jeff and Paige discovered a beautiful beach community and instantly fell in love with it. So when a beach house became available, they jumped on it and downsized. They tolerated the small, two-bedroom vacation home until their third child was born, but now the house is bursting at the seams. From the lack of space in the kitchen to the tiny living room cluttered with children's toys, Paige thinks it's time to move on to a more suitable home for their family. Here to save the day are experts designer Jillian and realtor Todd. Jillian's team will take this cramped cottage and try to transform it into a functional family retreat, while Todd believes he can redefine the serenity of coastal living with a new home. Desperate to stay in their beautiful beach community but fed up with the vacation home that was never meant for year round living, Jeff and Paige will have to decide: will they love their home again or will they list it?
