Nicki Chapman is in Norfolk to help a father and daughter who hope their £700,000 budget will provide them with a large equestrian property and annexe to house their family of four, along with their horse. Nicki also heads to the Norfolk Broads and learns about the restoration efforts of the Norfolk Wherry Trust before heading out on to the water to sail one of these traditional wooden boats.
