With the Mummification Virus in Tokyo's water supply, Destron plans to turn 10 million people into mummies, using Heater-Cicada's chirp to drive victims to drink the tainted water. Kazami Shiro discovers that Professor Taguchi is the only person who can create an antidote and saves his daughter while trying to rescue Junko.
