Pups Save a Glow-in-the-Dark Party

Ryder and the pups set off to save Cap’n Turbot, Mr. Porter, Alex, Katie, Cali, Little Hootie, and Mayor Humdinger from the alien boy's space bubbles so that they can attend Mayor Goodway's glow-in-the-dark party.
