Pauline and Sonia tend to Martin in hospital as he recovers from his stabbing. Between them they manage to hold things together but Pauline breaks down when she can't get Martin's blood out of the tablecloth. Kat arrives back in the Square and Alfie tries his best to turn their relationship around. But things don't go quite as planned when Kat spends the day in bed nursing a hangover.
