Offsite Challenge: Wedding Reception

For the first time ever, the teams will be cater for the most special day in someone's life: their wedding day! Teams will cater for a three-course wedding reception for 90 people. Serving up Modern Australian, three teams each will devise an entrée, main and dessert.
