The sudden marriage of İso and Fadime sends shockwaves through both families. Adil refuses to accept this marriage; he forcibly takes Fadime to the Koçari Mansion and detains İso as well. The Furtuna family pursues them to rescue İso and reclaim Fadime. At Taş Köprü, the Koçaris and the Furtunas come face-to-face; during the ensuing massive clash, Oruç is shot. On the other hand, Eleni is shaken when she learns that Oruç has been critically injured. With Oruç in mortal danger, he urgently needs surgery. Eleni seeks help from her mother Melina to save him.
