K-AIR; Summer Storm (Tracey Ullman), a stoned, former 1960s punk rocker, is the D.J. of the L.A. airport information radio station and grows insanely bored in her work with Sidney, a fan and co-worker. BART'S HAIRCUT; Bart goes to the barber to get a haircut and tries to hide from the family when the barber accidently cuts off all of his hair.
