When Shane renovated his deluxe bachelor pad he was a single dad. But now he's married to Sydney and they're looking for a spacious property where they can expand their family. In order to sell the couple's current house for top dollar, Drew and Jonathan come up with a strategic makeover plan. Jonathan focuses on a kitchen whitewash, but relocating the laundry room proves more costly than anticipated. Meanwhile, Drew comes up with a number of great houses and the couple must choose between two perfect properties.
