With a rambunctious toddler and another baby on the way, Zane and Marie desperately need a bigger home. But until they spruce up their charm-free property, they're not going anywhere. In a neighborhood full of look-alike properties, Drew and Jonathan vow to make the couple's house stand out. Jonathan tackles an ambitious ten-day makeover. Meanwhile, Drew leads the couple to the perfect new family property. But they soon find out that putting in an offer doesn't guarantee they'll live happily ever after.
