Two boys, Paul and Kuran, were born to a crack-addicted mother. Lucy Ali adopted them as infants so she could give them a better life. As the boys were getting older, she decided it was time to expand the home. She gave a large sum of money to a contractor to add on, but he basically ran off with the money.
