Andy's Good-bye Show

Andy Richter retires from the show to pursue his acting career. SPOILER ALERT: It doesn't work out, Conan is given and then loses the Tonight Show and therefore leaves NBC for cable (TBS, to be exact), and Andy rejoins the show.
