Winner Group D v Runner-up Group C. Porto's Dragao stadium plays host to the last remaining quarter-final tie. Group D, arguably the toughest of all, saw the Netherlands, Germany, the Czech Republic and Latvia vying for success. Italy were the favourites to top Group C, but started their campaign slowly, while Sweden kicked off with a 5-0 win against Bulgaria.
