Napa Style Battle

Randy and Greg recently relocated from Washington DC to Napa, California, and they're in a hurry to get into a place of their own. Greg would prefer to renovate one of downtown Napa's historic Victorians, but after living through two major renovations, Randy is dead set on a move-in ready ranch.
