A Long Distance Relationship Getting Up Close and Personal in Manchester

Kelsey's leaving Boulder, Colorado for Manchester, England to get her PhD in atmospheric science. Waiting there is her boyfriend Richard, whom she hasn't seen in over half of their two years as a couple. Ending their long-distance relationship and getting up close and personal means a lot of differing opinions. Kelsey does not trust Richard to find an apartment on his own, while Richard must use his wit and sense of humor to deal with Kelsey's picky nature.
