CPA Todd Hazlewood moved from Fresno, California to Grand Cayman Island for a job more than three years ago. He currently lives on the edge of George Town, the capital of the Cayman Islands, and has decided its time to buy his own place. With a budget of up to $300,000, he hopes to find a place that's cozy, close to work and a bit unfurnished so he can tailor it to suit him.
