Beaming With Potential

Tarek and Christina get a lead on a four-bedroom home in Cypress, California, that the owner is looking to sell quickly. The home is a mess but already has an open floor plan, which will save them money in the long run. When they start demo on the kitchen, Tarek and Christina discover the ceiling isn't supported correctly, and they will have to reinforce it or add a post, which will close off the space. A house that was once beaming with potential could end up costing them more than they expected.
