Sam returns home and informs Maddie about what happened. When Maria hears noises downstairs she asks Maddie who's downstairs. Maria comes down to see Sam, and is relieved that he is finally home. Maria scolds Sam for leaving, and the battle between the children and the parent fiercely continues. Maddie then leaves the room after saying to Maria, her mother, that she hates her. Afterwards Sam asks Maria who his real parents are, but hesitates to tell him, so she leaves the room with Sam waiting. Kendall rushes back in and yells at Ryan for planning to get a vasectomy. When he asks her how she knows, she explains that she pretended to be his wife and asked for some information. Just as Kendall is about to leave to tell Greenlee about the truth of Ryan's doctor, Ryan pulls her back. He explains that he has rage inside of him and that it could get out at any moment, but Kendall hears none of it, and explains that he is a good person.
