Nichole Scott may not survive her latest case because of a severe concussion. Now Jess takes the lead on the case. The case concerns a man named Tom that has gone missing. As the team begins to investigate They soon learn that the dad isn't surprised when Nicole and Jess arrive at Dan's house to inform him that his son is missing. The team also finds out that the father has hired someone who turns out to be a terrorist. The agents learn that Tom has been missing in South America but their investigation takes quite a surprise when they go back to interview his father again only to find Tom has returned home.
