Matt already knows from police records that Gus Cleary, Victor’s brother, was killed in 2004, and that in 2007, Paul came forward and claimed he was responsible, but charges were never laid because Paul wasn’t in a fit state of mind at the time. Paul refuses to admit that he was responsible for the death of Gus.
