Kathy takes Lou to task, letting him know she knows he didn’t write The Book of Secrets. Lou confesses he’s covering for a friend, and Kathy tells him their family has seen enough lies. Defensive, Lou takes a swipe at her, throwing her own lies back in her face. Lou later doubts his own acrimony, knowing it won’t help Lauren rebuild her family.
