Mason saves her bacon after she grossly insults rightly displeased regular guest Robert Hayes demanding the classy hotel's customary service from the lazy, incompetent maid. Hearing she'll never make it to reception without proper mastery of English, she asks Susan to teach her, while continuing to commandeer assistance with Jackson, without doing her domestic part.
