Nervous at the prospect of being alone with his father but unable to say why in front of his brothers, Tyler is forced to accept his dad’s offer. Tyler is tense as they work, and in his distraction, knocks over the oil tin. Tyler automatically prepares for Russell to lose his temper and hit him.
