The Man in the Black Hat

On April 14, 2009, 25-year old student Julissa Brisman is found shot to death and bound in an upmarket hotel room in Boston. With no witnesses to the crime, investigators turn to surveillance cameras in the surrounding area and quickly unravel a serial attacker.
